Contexto Visible is a real estate crowdlending technology platform that facilitates the connection between investors and construction and urban development projects in Argentina. The platform acts as a technological intermediary and not as a financial entity, investment advisor, or real estate developer. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of each user.
2. Eligibility
To use the platform and make investments, you must: • Be at least 18 years old. • Legally reside in the Argentine Republic or have legal capacity to invest from your jurisdiction. • Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering. • Not be included in politically exposed persons (PEP) lists without having previously declared it. Contexto Visible reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations (UIF).
3. Investment risks
Real estate crowdlending involves inherent risks that the user must know and accept before investing: • Risk of capital loss: Investments may generate partial or total losses of invested capital. • Liquidity risk: Investments have fixed terms, and it may not be possible to recover capital before maturity. • Market risk: Macroeconomic factors, regulatory changes, or real estate market fluctuations may affect results. • Project risk: Construction delays, permit issues, or unforeseen situations may impact timelines and returns. We recommend not investing funds that may be needed in the short term and diversifying investments.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and source code, is the property of Contexto Visible S.A.S. or their respective owners and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law 11,723). These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
